Warehouses have been part of our everyday communication for almost two decades. And there is a lot to talk about, trust us: hundreds of thousands of square meters.
Prologis, our client and global leader in warehouse real estate, offers its tenants the highest quality, but also expects the same from us. That is why we work at full speed, preventing crises, developing relationships with local communities, and creating countless communication campaigns.
We have already set up outdoor libraries, dermobuses, bicycle service stations, and even hedgehog houses in logistics parks. We regularly support our client’s participation in conferences and industry events, develop concepts for employee volunteering, gala events, and business partner meetings. We also cooperate with the media, conduct B2B communication on social media, and prepare business brochures and presentations. And this is only a fraction of what we do.

Puro Hotel
PURO is more than just hotels – it is a well-thought-out concept where design meets the local energy.
Our adventure with the PURO brand began over a decade ago, when we worked together to build the image of the first smart hotel in Poland. There was no TikTok yet, no influencers, but there was a vision: to create an open, beautiful, and modern place.
That’s why we talked about Scandinavian inspirations, global design, and local art. We developed brand communication that had character, soul, and style from the very beginning.
It was a unique project, and we are incredibly proud to have been able to contribute to its beginnings!
Magnolia Park
Shopping centers have become an important part of social life – a place for meetings, relaxation, and events.
Our cooperation with Magnolia Park in Wrocław showed that effective communication requires a good understanding of the local context. That is why we looked at the competition, analyzed customer behavior, and assessed the potential for cooperation with local companies. We also worked with tenants, who were important partners in our activities.
We created events that were designed to impact and engage: Magnolia Fashion TV, Beach Action, the Vintage Vehicle Rally, and charity events that left a lasting impression on Wroclaw residents. We not only invited the people, but also helped them build an emotional connection to the place.
Magnolia Park is no longer just a shopping center – it became an integral part of the city.
Renthis Estate
Every marketer’s dream is to create something from scratch, and that’s exactly what happened with Renthis Estate.
Together with the client, we developed a new brand identity, replacing the existing name with a completely new name, logo, and communication language.
Thanks to our excellent knowledge of the warehouse real estate market and the openness of the client’s team, we were able to act quickly and effectively. We created a name, designed a visual identity, prepared marketing materials, and developed a website.
The Renthis Estate brand was launched successfully and with the energy we like best.
Mostostal
Some projects are special not only because of the subject matter we deal with, but also because of the people behind them.
This was the case of Mostostal: people we had previously worked with on the agency side came back to us as clients, and together we got down to work.
The organization was undergoing intensive changes, so it needed a team that would immediately get involved in internal processes and help organize communication from within. We supported the company in its communication efforts with the media, shareholders, and employees, informing them about financial results, won tenders, and new projects. We coordinated the change of visual identity and communicated sponsorship projects. We helped people in the company feel part of the changes.
And that’s what we like most – when communication truly connects.
